Legal Status: We’re officially registered as a Non-Governmental Organization under the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan.

ADVTP is an independent, accredited, non-profit organization dedicated to humanitarian and development work across Afghanistan. Our core work stretches across twelve main areas:

5. Financial Transparency & Grant Management
We’re strict about finances—zero tolerance for misuse, corruption, or aid diversion. All donations and grants are tracked and processed transparently.
We guarantee:
- All funds go directly into approved development programs, except a small, necessary admin cost.
- Donors and audit teams get full, comprehensive financial reports and independent project verification.
- All contributions are final and non-refundable unless an international donor agreement or funding law requires otherwise.
6. Warranties & Disclaimers
We work hard to keep data reliable, but all info here comes as-is and as-available.
Things change fast—field realities, weather, politics, and other unforeseen events can shift project timelines and data. We can’t guarantee every dataset will always be up-to-date.
We link to outside platforms (UN partners, etc.), but we don’t control their content or privacy terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, ADVTP and its team aren’t responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damages, or issues arising from using—or not being able to use—this platform.
That includes interruptions from cyber-attacks, outages, or anything beyond our control, and any decisions you make based on info from our site.
